Current PC compatible laptop that is configured to run OS/2 and RI System Software as well as the OEM OS that came with the hardware. The laptop does not replace a RI System Controller. The RI System Software can be used to design test plans for a RI7100A OR Cassini ATE system.
Requires at least one system with support or a valid support contract with Software Updates (SU).
